U.S. Return Policy

Returns 

  • We offer free size or style exchanges within 30 days of delivery date
  • To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, with tags and in the same condition that you received your original order (replacements aren’t eligible for a refund). Please note a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount for U.S. orders. See below for International orders policy.
  • Access our hassle free return/exchange portal HERE or contact our customer care team with your order number at hello@oomiay.com
  • Please return your item(s) within 7 days of creating the pre-paid label for a valid return

Natural Wear and Tear

Any jewelry made with copper such as .925 sterling silver, yellow and rose gold items can tarnish slightly over time given various skin oil types (since they are not solid gold pieces). Although this is caused by natural properties found in metals, our 3x dipped plating technique prolongs the process as long as proper jewelry care is taken :)

Your Oomiay pieces are covered for 30 days! If you experience any metal or crystal issue, please contact our customer care team with a description of the issue and a picture at hello@oomiay.com and we will help resolve the issue :)

International Return Policy

International orders are eligible to be returned for a Store Credit (for the subtotal of the products paid) within 30 days to be used on oomiay.com. We do not offer refunds for international orders at this time.

  • To be eligible for Store Credit, your item(s) must be unused, with tags and in the same condition that you received your original order
  • We do not cover postage, you are responsible for sending the items back to Oomiay. It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to our warehouse. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us
  • All returns are processed once received at our warehouse in Los Angeles, U.S.A.
  • We do not offer exchanges on international orders. Please ensure that you check your ring size before placing your order. You may return your original items for store credit & place a new order using your store credit (shipping & taxes may apply)
