Returns
- We offer free size or style exchanges within 30 days of delivery date of equal or lesser value within 30 days of delivery date (excludes Oomiay Fine pieces which have their own return policy HERE)
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, with tags and in the same condition that you received it. Please note a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount for U.S. orders. International orders may be subject to a higher restocking fee.

Natural Wear and Tear
Any jewelry made with copper such as .925 sterling silver, yellow and rose gold items can tarnish slightly over time given various skin oil types (since they are not solid gold pieces). Although this is caused by natural properties found in metals, our 3x dipped plating technique prolongs the process as long as proper jewelry care is taken :)

This is my second item. The first item I received was missing the 2 side stones. I emailed the company and they said it’s because they’re hand set and I can make an exchange. I received the exchange and as soon as I took it out of the package a side stone came flying off. I’m disappointed and am on the fence of making a return. In this economy i can’t justify paying for something that doesn’t last or work. Especially if I’m treating myself to a purchase I don’t need but want. I’m wondering if maybe oomiay can consider glueing the stones in some way? Hand set stones is great and shows care but what about the rings lasting for the customer to actually wear with all stones in tact?
