U.S. Returns Policy (See International Below)
We offer free size or style exchanges of equal or lesser value within 30 days of delivery date (excludes Oomiay Fine pieces which have their own return policy HERE)
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, with tags and in the same condition that you received it. Please note a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount for U.S. orders. International orders may be subject to a higher restocking fee.

Please return your item(s) within 7 days of creating the pre-paid label for a valid return
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit (minus the $5 restocking fee) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Free gift items (if applicable)
If you received a free gift with purchase, you will have to return the gift along with the purchased item for a refund

International Returns Policy
International orders are eligible to be returned for a Store Credit (for the subtotal of the products paid) within 30 days to be used on oomiay.com. We do not offer refunds for international orders at this time. (excludes Oomiay Fine pieces which have their own return policy HERE)
- To be eligible for Store Credit, your item(s) must be unused, with tags and in the same condition that you received your original order
- We do not cover postage, you are responsible for sending the items back to Oomiay. It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to our warehouse. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us
- All returns are processed once received at our warehouse in Los Angeles, U.S.A.
- We do not offer exchanges on international orders. Please ensure that you check your ring size before placing your order. You may return your original items for store credit & place a new order using your store credit (shipping & taxes may apply)
International Happiness Warranty
If your Oomiay pieces arrive defective or faulty, please contact our customer care team within 7 days with a description of the issue and a picture at hello@oomiay.com and we will reship the item in proper condition :)
Oomiay Fine 14K Gold Returns Policy
To maintain our high quality & affordable pricing, every Oomiay Fine piece is custom made to order for you once you place your order. Since these are custom made pieces, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless your Oomiay Fine piece arrives with a manufacture defect.
Oomiay stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry and offers a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on your fine jewelry purchases. If you experience damage to your purchase due to manufacturing, please contact us so we may evaluate your piece at hello@oomiay.com
Please be sure to know your ring size when ordering as we do not offer complimentary resizes at this time. As all Oomiay Fine pieces are solid gold, your ring can be resized at any local jeweler
