Returns
- We offer free size or style exchanges within 30 days of delivery date of equal or lesser value within 30 days of delivery date (excludes Oomiay Fine pieces which have their own return policy HERE)
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, with tags and in the same condition that you received it. Please note a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount for U.S. orders. International orders may be subject to a higher restocking fee.

Natural Wear and Tear
Any jewelry made with copper such as .925 sterling silver, yellow and rose gold items can tarnish slightly over time given various skin oil types (since they are not solid gold pieces). Although this is caused by natural properties found in metals, our 3x dipped plating technique prolongs the process as long as proper jewelry care is taken :)

I would love if your website had a notify me button when items come back in stock. Preferably for the ring in general if it is all sold out or for specific sizes that are sold out. This ring is absolutely gorgeous and unfortunately, it's all sold out in my size. I'm willing to wait for it to come back in stock. I'll end up forgetting about, it so a reminder would be awesome!
What would also be great is if you would put pairing ring suggestions below the rings. Like, rings that would match or go together as a set.
That would be amazing! It would be a huge help! Especially for someone like me who is very indecisive and gives up easily if I cannot find what I'm looking for. I have ADD and I've been trying to choose two or three rings over the past month and a half. What happens is I get overwhelmed with all of the options of other rings underneath. They are all so beautiful! But if I cannot find what I'm looking for I end up with 65 different rings in my cart! I don't know if anybody else has this problem using your site? It's good for business though! Considering all of your rings are gorgeous. but it would be really nice to have say a matching band to go with a solitaire or vice versa.😉
